A new home built on the footprint of the prior home in order to conform to zoning requirements. Opening up to views of Long Island Sound in the back while maintaining privacy on the other three sides of the home drove the design concept for the new home in a neighborhood that was described as "like living in a marina". Traditional New England architectural elements give this home a timeless quality.
