A 3,800-square-foot residence was expanded with a new guesthouse and relocated pool to maximize stunning 270-degree views. The 1980s French-style remodel was stripped away, revealing the home's mid-century origins, while the structure was reimagined for modern living. The soaring roofline responds to the hilltop setting, offering views of the Getty, Pacific Ocean, and Downtown LA. Windows and glass walls enhance indoor-outdoor connections, and the guesthouse was positioned to enjoy both the pool and the views
