This corporate Project Manager and her entrepreneur partner capitalized on their real estate investment by hiring us to update an outdated oceanfront condo to serve as their vacation home and short-term rental property. Through Virtual Design, we sourced easy-to-clean materials for quick turnovers, selected updated paint colors, light fixtures, and other finishes, and brought in a blue and aqua color scheme inspired by the Atlantic Ocean. The result is a clean, contemporary coastal Airbnb that guests never want to leave.
