Our current project.

Inspired by an old Santa Barbara architectural feel, this home is from a different era. The rooms are a showcase of craftsmanship. The Bathrooms have unique features such as hand made tile, console sinks, and a grand freestanding bathtub in the Master Bathroom.

Stained and varnished beams make the Living Room ceiling. Transom windows above the doors for the cool afternoon sea breeze. Over nine foot ceilings in every room. These tall ceilings allow larger Fireplaces in both the Living Room as well as the Master Bedroom.

The Master Bedroom towers with a twelve foot tall vaulted ceiling with open clear fir beams.

Hand made cabinets, throughout the house made by the builder. A built in Refrigerator and Freezer are in the spacious Kitchen, as well as a second Refrigerator in the Pantry.
