Oceanfront Condo Renovation

This beautiful oceanfront condominium was completely renovated to include stunning glass walls that overlook the ocean, ceiling niches with custom lighting, sliding doors that provide full access the outside deck, and stunning modern and warm finishing touches throughout.

This is a custom curved kitchen island with a raised tray ceiling overhead. The tray ceiling conceals a light well that provides beautiful lighting. The cents light fixture is called a Cloud Light from Johnson Lighting. Cabinet provided by Beyond the Box Kitchen Design Studio.

This is a beautiful glass countertop created by a local artist, Heather Glass, to reflect the elements of the ocean.

The kitchen is a wonderful mix of materials, including Cherry Cabinetry, Cabinetry and entry door painted with the color Blue Ground from Farrow and Ball, Floating Blue Vetrazzo countertops, Miele Coffee Maker, Glass backsplash, and bamboo flooring.

These are two Eco Smart Fireplaces with custom copper surrounds. The entertainment center is cherry cabinetry from Beyond the Box Kitchen Design Studio with copper toe kicks and limestone hearth.

This is a evening view of this eclectic kitchen, which includes custom lighting in a raised tray ceiling, recessed lighting under the island countertop and beautiful cabinetry lighting.

We opened up the home to outside by creating this expansive glass wall. It is a combination of fixed glass and large multi sliding wall units from Western Windows. The Ipe Deck on the exterior extends the interior living space.

This is a sliding window wall that connects the indoor living area with the outside deck. We installed IPE decking outside to match the bamboo flooring to create the feeling that the outdoors is an extension of the interior. Sliders provided by Western Windows.
