A weather proof microphone is located on the exterior of the house to capture the crashing waves below for guests to listen to when inside the house. There are 15 audio zones throughout the house, one being in the dining room.

This Family room is one of the designated TV & Movie zones in the house, this area also features a dedicated 10 inch AMX touch panel, which allows the owner to master the control of Lights, HVAC, Security, Cameras, Shades, Fireplaces, Fountains and the Pool & Spa system
