Office Conversion, Laguna Beach, CA

This client wanted their small office converted into a wine cellar. The remodeling took place and we installed a cooling system which was ducted to the outside. We were able to use the solid office door and replace interior panels with double thermopane glass and add a threshold and weatherstripping. A beautiful conversion!
