The entire lower level of this house needed updating, remodeling and a new floor plan for placement of furnishings, art and accessories. Each room had specific needs that included: storage, lighting, flooring, carpeting, furnishings, painting and powder room remodel.

More functional furniture was purchased to better organize household items. Storage closet by front door. Sofa table for bay window. Corner TV/Media Cabinet, Bookcase, dining table & Chairs. Large wool area rug for family room.
Re-designed all art work and accessories through out lower level.

First was to frame out the fireplace and build out a mantel and add an LED picture lamp with remote to the alcove. Then we began at the front door with laminate flooring to replaced worn carpet through out entry, hallway, powder room, family room and kitchen. Stairs had commercial grade carpet installed and the front room/formal dining room areas got a plush textured carpet. All doors, sills, baseboards and trim work were painted out. New oiled bronze hardware was installed on all doors and we added a larger scale baseboard to replace old. All walls were painted out as was the ceiling in the front room and re-purposed dining area. Re-purposed and re-designed the window swags by into new bay window panels and pillow covers. Added additional lighting; swing arm wall lamps in family room, new pendant light in kitchen dining area. New glass & polished nickel lamps in front room above storage closet. New light fixture in re-purposed dining area and new light fixture in powder room. Re-purposed dining room fixture to stairwell.
