Taylored Architecture was hired to analyze an existing two-story boathouse on Otter Creek in within the village of Alexandria Bay, NY. We completely re-designed the interior layout of the living quarters above and revised the window configuration accordingly. The existing building is to be brought back to its original grandeur with rabbeted bevel siding and large cornice trim. A dilapidated existing entry porch was re-designed to be completely screened and bridge back to the steep shoreline. This new screened entry will have the same style roof and the new cornice trim will continue around it.
