This chimney had a large bulge at it's base. We deconstructed the lower portion of the chimney while supporting the blocks above. We then discovered that the blocks were not sitting on a foundation, so we poured a new reinforced concrete slab in order to support the re-laid blocks.

While we generally do not do parging, we sometimes will take on small parging jobs in conjunction with other masonry repairs.

The area to the left of the window was heavily deteriorated due to the rain run-off from the adjacent roof. We repointed the section using red mortar to match the original.
