The outdoor hardscape includes a full kitchen, bar, custom built-in Jacuzzi, large gas fire pit and entertaining area. The AV system includes six audio zones with Bose and Monitor Audio speakers. A 65” Sunbrite outdoor TV is hidden inside a custom built motorized cabinet and built into the stonework. There are five outdoor lighting zones and the system is fully automated using Control4.
