The Oversons have an 80's ranch style house, which was very nice and well-built, but needed some updating. The cabinets were high-quality and in good shape, but they needed to update and improve the lighting, enlarge their island to fit more seating around it, and update their finishes and appliances. They also wanted to add additional storage to a wall that was under-used. LED lights were added under cabinets, quartz counters and recycled glass tile were added, fridge was moved, new white cabinets were added, and retro-vintage lighting and a ceiling fan were added over the island, dining table and stair to lower level.
