North Parramatta Project entered in Master Builders (MBA) and Housing Industry (HIA) Association Excellence in Housing Awards.

This first floor addition was designed by one of our leading Building Design Consultants, Jeff Clark, It is a beautiful example of the modern Hampton's style and comprises a first floor addition of 2 large bedrooms, both with built in robes, the master bed also has an ensuite and a tiled balcony with views over the existing backyard pool area, there is also a large sitting room. The upstairs floors are all finished in wide Blackbutt tongue and grooved boards and the staircase is also Blackbutt treads and posts with open cut stringers and wrought iron balusters. The windows are all aluminium with colonial bars. Vertical vee jointed wall panelling has been used aesthetically throughout the first floor addition. The roof is corrugated colorbond steel to match the ground floor creating the appearance of the whole home being built as one. The weatherboard style cladding is Weathertex Primeline smooth style. We also extended the ground floor adding a spacious new dining room with bifold doors to the rear. The final result is a beautiful 2 storey Hampton's style home that we are very proud to have our name associated with.
