This home is beginning construction in the next month so will soon start taking shape in early 2024. The clients came to Full Scale Studio to design a custom home that would fit the needs of their growing family and have exceptional energy performance. Passive House principles of triple pane windows, super-insulation, and a sophisticated mechanical system with an energy recovery ventilator all contribute to this effort.
