Congratulations to Atlas Moran Construction,
NARI Metro DC CotY Award Winner, 2020

After placing this major renovation and addition on hold for nearly ten years, the owners were able to move forward with the project. The time delay offered an opportunity to improve upon aspects of the design, adjusting for changes that had occurred and confirm what was loved about the design from the beginning. Out of that patience is a family home that is perfect in every way.

Less than an 80 square foot addition and removal of a dividing wall at the original back door opened up the cramped entry to the porch and consolidated the spaces into a sunny, warm and inviting welcome to the home.
