This farmhouse had no existing patio. I designed a large two level patio featuring a lower level with a firepit surrounded by built in stone seating. The back of the stone bench doubles as a sitting wall for people on the upper level. The upper level has a built in BBQ plumbed with natural gas...never a need to change a propane tank again!
