This large 100 year old house in Roncesvalles had an original bathroom. MG Inc. was contracted to gut and rebuild the bathroom and update the living room. A few years later MG Inc. was asked to come back and renovate the Basement - including underpinning (lowering the basement floor), interior waterproofing and transforming an musty non-functional basement into a usable area complete with bathroom, recreation area and laundry room.
