The basement of this beautiful house in Rosedale was damaged in a flood. MG Inc. was brought in to do the rebuild.

Flood damaged drywall and flooring was removed and replaced with more durable materials. While working on the rebuild - MG Inc. also investigated, identified and rectified potential areas for water infiltration from the exterior.

The main space in the basement was transformed into a work out area, with full length mirrors, TV and an integrated audio-visual system.
