Our client purchased a penthouse in a remodeled building in the heart of downtown Asheville, NC. They came to us wanting to renovate the space as they were not happy with the finish details that the current contractor had used. With expansive views of downtown and the mountains surrounding Asheville and beyond, the client wanted to bring in the colors of the outside into the space. This was the inspiration for the blue color palette throughout the remodeled space.

We sourced a contractor locally and worked hand in hand with them throughout the renovation process. Our team worked with the client as well as the builder to design custom features and update finishes and fixtures to cater to the clients personal needs and wants. This involved completely redesigning the fireplace, refreshing the space with paint, new lighting, fixtures, furnishings and decor.

The penthouse was remodeled for the client with the intentions of this space being a vacation home for their family. The blue color palette was used to create a serene retreat when they are on vacation. The blue tiled backsplash in the kitchen became a focal point and a feature that mimics the beautiful blue ridge mountains that can be seen out of the floor to ceiling windows. The furniture was diligently selected by our design team to allow for comfort and relaxation but for it to also be durable enough for every day use. The furniture and accessories throughout the space were sourced locally and regionally from various vendors.
