Eastview Homes designed and built this six-hundred square foot addition, a ‘kitchen bump-out’ on an end unit townhouse near Oakville's waterfront. The project required excavating and pouring a new foundation, significantly expanding the footprint of the building. Then, the team carried the expansion upwards to streamline all floorplans, remodeling kitchens and bathrooms. The exterior was expertly renovated to compliment the existing dwellings and improve the look and value of all neighbouring units.
