The first phase of this project includes a complete dining and entertaining space, with a vision toward expanding at a later date to include a swimming pool and courtyard garden. Created with both entertaining and personal enjoyment in mind, the fireplace is wired to accomodate watching TV on a crisp fall evening, with a refrigerator nearby to stock those cold drinks. The granite topped bar has a sink with both hot and cold water, a pizza oven, as well as a gas grill. Outdoor lighting was also installed. Careful attention was given to the architectural details of the pergola and columns placed to reinforce the style that the home already had, so that this outdoor entertaining area truly feels like an extension of the home.
