After extensive code upgrades, the goal was to make this bath remodeling look like it belonged in the 1924 St. Paul home. A variety of white tile styles were used on the walls, floor and tub surround. The project retained the original built-in medicine cabinet, laundry chute and radiator. A custom linen cabinet and vanity greatly increased storage. The chair rail features a black pencil tile detail.
