A lovely kitchen that needed a bit of freshening. The challenge was to work with the granite island counter and matching backsplash trim, which had a bit of a pink undertone. We painted the upper cabinets a bright off-white and the lower cabinets a rich gunmetal gray. The new counter is quartz and we brought in a half round trim to coordinate the existing backsplash with the other new elements. A sexy, sleek faucet is a finishing touch.
