Formerly a Kitchen with dining area that was originally a 2 stall garage. A complete gut and Demo of all walls and floors. Concrete floors were removed for the installation of a radiant floor heating system. Concrete was poured in preparation for the large floor tiles. Contemporary design elements were a must for this client. Clean lines and high contrast give this large space a dramatic feel when you enter the room. The Island commands attention with the rough sawn coverings on the entertaining side while the large white quarts top and white cabinets keep the business side of the island balanced and functional. Deep window jambs allow for design elements, pops of color, plants and of course a few felines. This kitchen is large and functional, clean and beautiful.
