This modern Lake Side home was designed for an active couple and their family. Views of the Lake from all principle rooms was a key element in our design process. The south-east exposure allows views of the morning sunrise from the indoors and also the outdoor balcony areas. From the 'street side' the home is a wide bungalow, with all required amenities on the main level. From the 'lake side' the home has two storeys with full views of Georgian Bay and access to their lake front docks. A separate guest home and four car garage was designed to match and is nestled uphill from the main home.
