Ground-Up midcentury modern inspired residence. The young family loved the idea of indoor-outdoor living using both the front and back yards for overflow living spaces. The decks are an extension of the interior spaces and the interiors are expansive and open allowing for constant flow throughout the home for the young energetic kids. Small custom spaces were designed to assist with the everyday necessities including an eat in breakfast banquette and intimate reading nook.
