When designer Amy Pigliacampo was planning her Boulder, CO home renovation, she needed a floor that would complement her modern design aesthetic but retain a timeless appeal for future resale.

White, gray, and black dominate the permanent fixtures in the home, with bright colors peppered in through pillows, toys, and decor. Amy chose Shell to contrast with the cool tones by adding balance and soft warmth from its natural white oak tone.
