Pine Hill House

This historic Queen Anne Victorian house was built in 1905 for Arthur Brisbane, one of the best-known newspaper editors of the 20th century, and is located in the village of Pine Hill, NY in the Catskill Mountains. The house is currently being restored and rehabilitated. Structural reinforcement has been added, and stairs, railings, woodwork, windows, and shingle siding have been restored and repainted. Minor interior renovations are ongoing and designed to maintain the existing historic character of the house.
