This is an expansive home, and impressive, but it manages to balance that with a Californian sense of ease. it’s definitely a gathering place but one that’s conducive to lounging. given the flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces it was important to make sure they were connected. The owners are chic and have a beautiful collection of contemporary south asian art. but they also have kids and wanted a true family home.
