This project took our previously completed Pinhey Residence and converted the existing basement space into a 1 bedroom unit. The main living space is a combined work-center, living room, and kitchen. Large operable windows throughout the unit provide a bright and airy feel which make the space seem like anything but a basement. There is also a curb-less tile shower and wall-mount vanity in the washroom and in-suite laundry.
