Phillips Cottage is a cozy mountain home complete with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Windows abound in the Living / Eating area along with a stone fireplace. The Kitchen is open to the Living area with a eating bar for four. A Playroom is located at the back of the home and includes a sleeping area with four built in bunks. The Master Br is located upstairs and is complete with Bath & a large wailk in closet. Two additional Bedrooms are also part of the Upper Level.
