plaza midwood classic

new construction on a long time yard to an adjacent estate. rear of the house built over the crumbling existing estate pool. original retaining wall next to the pool retained and incorporated into the design. created an aged appearance for the front facade to tie in with neighboring historic homes giving way to a modern open exterior for today's lifestyles.
