1950 built cottage reenewed and expanded in 2013. existing structure given new life while adding on a living space and deck on main level and a master suite under a new rear dormer leaving the front facade intact. it was important to all involved to stay in line with the scale of the adjacent homes and not creating an overscaled out of place structure in this historic neighborhood
