Views across the entry porch and front facade are glimpsed from a semi-private dining loggia off of the living room. The hand-wrought iron railing reflects the detailing of the light fixtures, and custom iron balcony beyond.

Remodeled and expanded kitchen blends modern appliances with traditional references and contemporary styling. A picture window flanked by traditional casement windows are organized around a farmhouse sink, placed to capture the sweeping panoramic view of San Diego Bay.

At the top level of the residence an indoor-outdoor entertainment space offers sweeping views of the city and San Diego Bay. Facing eastward with both covered and open-sky seating areas the terrace includes a wet-bar, outdoor entertainment center and a gas fire pit made of hammered copper.
