This home is a complete period-themed renovation of a 1940s farmhouse. The work included an attic improvement which now allows for a family gathering loft area and sleeping space. We maintained the existing plaster walls, used beautiful river rock and stone for fireplace and exterior elements, refurbished the existing pine floors throughout the first floor and designed a very unique and artistic polished concrete floor in the kitchen. Furnishings have been specifically sought out through local antique retailers throughout Ventura County, California.
