Texas Custom Patios created a custom freestanding pool house on the back side of the existing pool. The new pool house is 540SF with 150SF of an open porch on the front. It is designed to match the home with finishes that complement the existing home – stucco finishes with added stone on the columns and lower half of the walls. The pool house includes a gas fireplace and built-in cabinets and shelves. There is a bathroom with all the necessities – sink, toilet and shower.

The remodeled existing patio cover got a face lift of new flooring, new ceiling and an updated outdoor kitchen.

We also installed an outdoor shower for rinsing off when getting out of the pool.
