Pool Splendor

A striking black-onyx-coated custom pool and spa with a waterfall is the centerpiece of this one-of-a-kind property.

A white Chinese granite deck surrounds the pool and connects the many other luxurious yet functional features the yard holds — including a cozy radius gas fire pit, self-watering planter pots, fieldstone walkways and spacious seating walls capped with bluestone that can accommodate an overflow of party guests.

Fountains embedded in the deck create elegant arches of water leading to the pool, adding to the sense of motion and beauty established by the waterfall. The far side of the patio is raised, built atop a charming traditional stone wall that also serves to keep the pool area safe and secure.
