Turn the unused wet spot in your yard into a useful entertaining area. Our client in Northville had a low spot in their yard that was causing water to seep into their basement. In working with one of our designers, we came up with a solution to address the water by running out the downspouts into the yard. The increasing the height of the area with pitching the water properly away from the home. To make sure that water would not be a problem in the future. We created a dry creek bed with a french drain to capture any water running off the rest of the yard or new hardscape and channel it quickly away from the home.
