For this addition, the clients wanted to add an outdoor living space where they could entertain, handle a large group of guests, or just enjoy a couple’s retreat. They love having guests over and being the meeting place for their children and friends, but needed a larger space to accommodate these groups. The lower level pool made their home a great place for entertaining, but it was not conducive to comfortable outdoor living, and we wanted the design to provide multiple spaces within a large open space, allowing for many functions and entertaining options.

The design has a very open feel while utilizing every inch of space. It features an outdoor kitchen and dining area, multiple seating areas, stone floor-to-ceiling deluxe fireplace with TV centerpiece - all leading to the iron railing lined walkway winding to the patio and pool area. Stunning wood, brick and stone work, rustic touches and thoughtful details complete this design and work together to create an exceptional additional living space, family getaway or couple’s retreat.
