Alongside the Gulf of Mexico sits a portside oasis: the epitome of luxury, waterside living. What was once an ornate Tuscan villa is now an eclectic twist between a traditional and transitional home. The challenge of this project was completely reconfiguring the floor plan despite some major structural roadblocks. An open floor plan was achieved along with a fresh and inviting design plan. This stunning home capitalizes on breathtaking views from all critical vantage points making it the perfect setting for coastal living.
