My client approached me about updating her dark and dreary powder room. She found a fun giraffe art piece which became the inspiration for the entire bathroom design.
I used a wide black and white striped wallpaper on the ceiling.
We painted the walls, trim and door white.
Using the existing vanity, I replaced the cabinet fronts with new shaker door and drawer fronts, painted the vanity white and added marble and black cabinet knobs.
Black fixtures (faucet, accessories & light) were selected for the space.
The countertop is "Minerva" Cambria quartz with a 4" high backsplash and white undermount sink.
The shape and style of mirror was selected to tie in with the giraffe art.
Overall, it is a bold yet neutral design and homeowner is so happy with how it turned out!
