This is the powder room circa 1989. Definitely in need of an update.

Powder room after pedestal sink was removed. Inability to relocate water lines meant that the sink had to stay where it was and could not be wall mounted. The narrow depth of the room made it difficult to find a vanity rather than another pedestal.
