Completed in 2008, we embarked on our first land development project of 29 traditional red townhomes in Stittsville, west end of Ottawa. We acquired the land, put in the infrastructure, collaborated with the talented professionals and designers who helped structure this community. A presentation centre was set up and all 29 towns sold within 2 years, including a handful of realtors who brought clients and ended up buying themselves! This inaugural project was our 'university' in land development and construction. Due to the enclave layout, a small green space is featured through the centre of the community. Named after the pioneer who farmed the land back in the early 1900's, Evelyn Powers Private stands today bearing her name.
