This was an interesting infill project in Old Ottawa East back in 2009. The owner of the land had the design completed and stamped when Dharma was awarded the contract to build the infill project. This was an owner-led land assembly and then a semi and single family home built. From a financial standpoint, this was a wonderfully successful project for the owner and really demonstrated the capacity for land owners to maximize yield and wealth.
