Gut renovation of a 2,200 sq/ft pre-war apartment, with high-end finishes, including an exceptional Smallbone of Devizes kitchen, and plaster crown moulding to all rooms except the kitchen.

This was a highly complex project with three separate AC zones, each with humidifiers, and Home Automation that integrated control of the AC, humidification, and heat (steam radiators connected to the Home Automation).
