BEFORE image of vanity/sink area. The pipes seen here were installed during a previous renovation - meant to carry plumbing to the attic for a future renovation. We were able to re-plumb these pipes, to be used for the same purpose, but gained valuable wall space for the double vanity.

BEFORE photo of the toilet room. Also in that room is the 2nd sink. This design and layout was odd to the homeowner. We removed this room - replacing it with a soaker tub and relocated the toilet - upgrading to a bidet.
