This 1905 Victorian needed a complete overhaul. The unfinished attic had the roof raised, the basement was finished for additional living space, all in the heart of Sellwood, Portland, Oregon.

We created a master suite, utilizing two existing bedrooms and one existing bath. We moved the sliding door to the left, built the bath, integrating the original glass block into the walk in shower, with HUGE walk in closet, re configuring the main floor hallway into the master. We opened the kitchen, moved the dining for better flow, added NEW solid hardwood to the kitchen, to blend with the existing floors. Refaced the fireplace and created a modern, well lit, open space.
