This modern new build home was designed to maximize functional living space on a narrow downtown Toronto lot. The original townhome on the property had a substantial lean (17 inches from top to bottom); therefore, diligent coordination with the shared wall was pivotal to the success of this project. Construction was completed in 2021. As always our goal is to make every square inch of the home count with thoughtful design.
