We are very excited for this upcoming Laneway Suite project. This modern design features a combination of wood & white siding, corner windows and a cantilevered second floor on the lane side. The side facing the primary dwelling has been designed to meet the 45 degree angular plane requirement with a 30% dormer to conform with all zoning bylaws. These dwellings are great for potential rental income, multi general homes & secondary living spaces.
