Meet Project Claremont: A charming fixer upper in need of some TLC perched in The East Bay.

The outdated home for our clients and their two young children was ready to be transformed into a cozy, comfy and inviting home that the entire family could enjoy.

Built in 1969 and boasting good bones and a great heart, the home has a large backyard and an enormous amount of potential.

This was house was completely transformed to fit this growing families lifestyle.
An original indoor rock wall, brick fireplace, and closed off kitchen, living, and dining room were modified to open up the space.

We transformed this space by moving the kitchen to the back wall to allow for an island and breakfast nook so we could create a cozy living room for the family to hang out and a playroom for the kids.

The main goal was that the family had to be able to see the kids from any vantage point.
